When will my order be processed?

Once your order has been approved, it will ship out the following business day. Order approval can take between 1-3 business days.

How do I track my order?

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number and can track your shipment at any time.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 US States, APO/FO AND DPO addresses but do not ship to PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to any international countries.

When will I receive my order?

CONSUMERS:

For all approved orders, you should receive your package between 2-10 days from the shipment date.

SALON PROFESSIONALS:

For all approved orders over $400.00, you should receive your order in 2 days from shipment date barring any carrier delays. For all approved orders under $400.00, you should receive your order between 2-6 days from the shipment date barring any carrier delays
