When will my order be processed?
Once your order has been approved, it will ship out the following business day. Order approval can take between 1-3 business days.
How do I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number and can track your shipment at any time.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US States, APO/FO AND DPO addresses but do not ship to PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to any international countries.
When will I receive my order?
Leaf and Flower currently ships to all 50 States in the United States only.
CONSUMERS:For all orders over $75.00, you should receive it in 2 days barring any carrier delays. For orders under $75.00, you should receive it between 2-10 days from the shipment date.

For first time orders over $200.00, you should receive your order in 2 days barring any carrier delays. For first time orders under $200.00 and any repeat orders, you should receive your order between 2-10 days from the shipment date.

SALON PROFESSIONALS - OUTSIDE CALIFORNIA:
For all first time orders exceeding $200.00, we offer free UPS 2 day Shipping. For all first time orders less than $200.00, we offer free UPS Ground Shipping. All repeat orders are subject to applicable shipping charges.
Do you charge sales tax on orders through your website?
We are required to charge sales tax in several states throughout the US. If sales taxes are mandated to be collected in your state, they will be calculated at checkout.
